STRETCHERS AND LABOR BEDS, WHEELCHAIRS AND STAXI CHAIRS

We will clean all available stretchers and labor beds on Site.
We will do an Inventory (Excel form).
All Stretchers and labor beds will have a Color Code label after cleaning that will change every 6 months on a PM Service Program.
Department Targeting: We will work with the different departments and we will tag a non-clean stretcher and will leave a phone number to inform us when they are available.
We will clean all available Wheelchairs and Staxi Chairs on Site.
We will record the existing inventory and we add ID if we found a new one.
